Abstract

The company of production of goods and services is seen as a complex sociotechnical system which must answer waiting of its environment while remaining advantageous and while seeking to achieve goals. Its organization crystallizes primarily around processes implementing a set of resources. These resources are in interaction, and these interactions can be a danger. Moreover, the company environment changes and it must adapt continuously. All that can induce risks. So the management becomes difficult because it is at the same time necessary to ensure the profitability of the activities and to maintain the coherence and the performance of the organization.

Hospitals are regarded as company of services with unique characteristics. It mission is to ensure the safety of the patient and the quality of the care. This mission is subjected to several constraints (medical, social, etc.). So it's easy to note that the Hospital organization is now inspired by the industrial organization centred on the concept of customer. The management must thus take into account all these constraints and the nature of the customer who is the patient. This research task consists in exploiting System Engineering and Enterprise Modelling concepts and methods, to apply them to the control of the risks in Hospitals, and in particular in the Drug Circuit. Indeed, it is necessary to have tools of modelling and tools for risks analysis. This work has several goals. First, it's necessary to represent the complex sociotechnical system hospital with its characteristics by different modelling sight and detail levels. Then, it's necessary to verify the models in order to analyse risks.
