Abstract
l'approche proposée permet de formaliser des objets intermédiaires visuels, facilitant le dialogue et la prise de décision pour toutes les questions se rapportant à la perception du consommateur. Nous présentons les résultats des expérimentations menées avec nos quatre industriels partenaires (Steelcase, Dunlopillo, Gautier et Griffine) qui ont permis de valider nos hypothèses, et nous évaluons le niveau d'appropriation de la méthode par les partenaires.
