Abstract
In comparison with the new European regulations on the end of life vehicles, PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN wished to develop an integration method for this constraint in design process. The analysis of the automobile context (process of design and concept of recovery of the vehicles at the end of the lifetime) led us to work out investigation tools (evaluation and modelling tools) allowing improving our knowledge of recover of a vehicle and taking into account of this parameter in the design process. We in addition worked out scenarios of internal evolution (process, actors, methods and tools) satisfying various scenarios of external evolution (regulations and technical evolutions). That leads us to recommend an integration model allowing, starting from a policy guideline of the company, to define a strategy of integration resting on an exhaustive mode of organization and accepted and validated tools.
